Firstly submit your registration on the homepage and click on the 'Get Valuation' button. Our system will then
fetch your car's details for you to check. We then just need a few additional details from you including the current mileage of your vehicle and contact details. Once you have submitted
the required information an initial on-screen valuation will immediately be calculated for you.
If you are happy with the valuation offered you just need to click the accept button and one of our
team will call you back to arrange a full inspection of your vehicle where a final offer will be calculated based on the vehicle condition, mileage, paperwork and
current market prices.
Our policy is that 'we come to you' and so this appointment will take place at a time and place convenient to you.
If you choose not to accept the final price offered and re-book an appointment with us then it is company policy on any re-visit to inspect the vehicle again.
We carry out this secondary inspection to cover ourselves in case there were any missing parts, new body damage, new mechanical issues,
wheels and tyres being changed etc.

Step two: Accept the online valuation
Step three: We will call you to book in your appointment, we're open 7 days a week and are nationwide, so you can book a time that is convenient for you
Step four: We would prefer to inspect the vehicle at the registered address where possible but will come to you if all our
due diligence is met (see our other FAQ if you don't have the V5C document)
Step five: There is absolutely no obligation or pressure from us after the appointment for you to sell the car to us, you can simply decide to sell or walk away
at any time.
Step six: If you decide to sell the vehicle to us, the monies for the vehicle will be instantly transferred free of charge to your bank account for immediate use.
The vehicle does not have to be in your name for us to buy it. If the car hasn't got a current MOT or doesn't run, don't worry, we can still buy it off you.

A. Valuation offers are valid for a period of 5 days.
A. In certain cases we will buy vehicles that do not have a V5 registration document (log book) subject to other relevant checks such as a hpi check etc.
Each separate purchase will be looked at individually. Payment may be withheld until we have all documentation and equipment that is satisfactory to the vehicle we are buying.
A. Payment for vehicles to the seller is by instant bank transfer.
A. Completion of your vehicle purchase may be subject to an administration charge.
There is no charge if you choose NOT to sell your vehicle to us.
We do not have any fees for instant same day payment, this is standard practice on all vehicle purchases.
If you do decide to sell to us, then an Administration Charge may apply when we purchase your vehicle. The Administration Charge depends on the purchase price:
For vehicles with a purchase price of up to £100 there is no Administration Charge.
An Administration Charge of £58.75 is applicable for vehicles with a purchase price of £4,999 or less.
Where the purchase price is £5,000 or more, the Administration Charge is £78.75.

When you accept our offer one of our vehicle purchasers will come to your home or workplace, whichever is more convenient for you to buy your vehicle.
A. The on-screen valuation is computer generated and may be subject to change, we will always need to view a vehicle and assess it before giving a final offer
price, the final offer is based on the vehicle condition, mileage, paperwork and also the current market prices.
A. Yes you can. You need to contact the DVLA to transfer your car back to it's original number plate. They will need your V5C document and the process can take
several weeks. Please contact them to start the process before you ask us for a valuation. You will need your V5C document returned from the DVLA in order for
us to buy your car.
A. We collect personal information from you such as name, address, telephone number and email address when a valuation form is
completed by you.
Please do not submit your personal information to us if you do not wish us to collect it.
The personal information you provide to us will be used for the purposes of administration, processing the purchase of a vehicle.
Please note that we will not hold your personal information for any longer than is reasonably necessary or required by law.
And we will not share your personal information with any third party.
